OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ONLY

1. TO ENTER: To enter, beginning on December 10 2008, successfully select a product sample, coupon or offer from StartSampling.com. After selecting one of the available samples, coupons or offers during the sweepstakes period you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. If multiple samples, coupons or offers are selected multiple entries will be obtained. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on December 30, 2008 in order to qualify for the drawing.
   
   
2. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about December 31, 2008 by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
3. PRIZES: Four Grand Prizes will be awarded: A $50 gift card to one of the following retailers - Amazon.com, Bath & Body Works, Home Depot, Toys R Us, Target or Barnes & Noble. Retail Value : $50.00. Total prize value: $200.00. Limit one prize per family/household. All prizes will be awarded.
   
   
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S. 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry, except employees of StartSampling, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited.
   
   
5. GENERAL: By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email on or around December 31, 2008. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable at sweepstakes' end, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination.
