Teresa's Summer Slaw
1 Head Cabbage Shredded
1 Medium Vidalia Onion Chopped
2 Vine Ripened Tomatoes chopped
Chopped Fresh Parsley (can use dried)
Salt & Pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons Mayo (more or less to suit your taste)
Mix all together in large bowl and chill at least an hour. Overnight is good. Restir.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FRESH TOMATOES AND SWEET VIDALIAS.
