

Ingredients
1 pint heavy cream
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
2 cups sour cream
1.5 cups flaked coconut
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint fresh blueberries
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions
First, combine the heavy cream and confectioners' sugar. Whip until creamy and then add the sour cream. Fold in flaked coconut, berries, and marshmallow. Cover and chill before serving.

I never use whipped cream in my ambrosia. I only use sour cream. I agree, this sounds too sweet.
