In a 9 inch x 13 inch pan, put 2 1/2 to 3 c. Chopped rhubarb. Over it, pour 1 c. Sugar. Over that, pour on 1 small pkg. Strawberry jello (dry). Next, pour 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix. Dot with 2 T. Butter. Pour on top 1 c. Water. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan) for 25 minutes or more.
Serve chilled with whipped cream.
