

Beef and Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients:
2 TBL butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 medium head of cabbage
1 and 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 cups cheese, grated, I use sharp cheddar
Directions:
Brown onion in butter. Add ground beef and seasonings and brown beef. Cup up cabbage into bite sized pieces. Add some water and cook until cabbage is translucent, about 10 minutes. Mix ground beef mixture, cabbage, cheese and sour cream. Put into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serves 6.

You could always use lower fat products and I am sure this would come out just fine!
